At the same time, we also make use of suitable machinery to improve productivity and consistency for larger quantity production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For soldering, we use automated soldering equipment with adjustable time and depth settings based on different wire types and product requirements. This helps improve process stability while supporting more efficient production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To further bring out the potential of our equipment, we also develop tailor-made tools and fixtures for holding different types and sizes of cores during production. By matching the tooling design with the product structure, we can process more units at once while maintaining proper handling and positioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our factory, we have our own workshop for developing in-house tools to solve different manufacturing challenges.
