Hand Winding Inductors with 2mm Wire
For some custom inductor designs, thicker wire is required to meet specific electrical and performance requirements. For example, one of our customers required the use of 2mm wire for an inductor. This wire size is thick and requires strength, control, and experience to wind properly while maintaining the required coil shape and consistency.
