In-House Tooling and Automation for Custom Magnetics
At Fortek, many of our manufacturing processes require skilled handwork, especially for custom magnetic components with different structures, core sizes, and winding requirements. At the same time, we also make use of suitable machinery to improve productivity and consistency for larger quantity production.
For soldering, we use automated soldering equipment with adjustable time and depth settings based on different wire types and product requirements. This helps improve process stability while supporting more efficient production.
To further bring out the potential of our equipment, we also develop tailor-made tools and fixtures for holding different types and sizes of cores during production. By matching the tooling design with the product structure, we can process more units at once while maintaining proper handling and positioning.
In our factory, we have our own workshop for developing in-house tools to solve different manufacturing challenges. From wire preparation to final quality testing, our team continues to improve production methods and support custom requirements through practical engineering and process development.
